Chicken Spaghetti

1 whole chicken

1 chopped bell pepper

2 chopped onions

½ stalk celery, chopped

10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes

  (tomatoes & green chilies)

12 - 16 oz. Angel Hair

1 lb. Velvetta

Parmesan cheese

Stew chicken.  In the broth, cook pepper, onions, & celery 5-10 min.  Add tomatoes & bring to boil.  Add pasta, & cook 2-5 min.  Add cheese & chicken pieces & stir.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
